(Working Principle)
It mainly follows the principle of selective photothermolysis, and the two wavelengths achieve precise treatment for different target tissues:
• 755nm laser: Preferentially absorbed by melanin in hair and epidermal pigments (such as freckles and café-au-lait spots), converted into heat to raise the hair follicle temperature above 60℃, destroying follicle activity to achieve hair removal; at the same time, it shatters superficial pigment particles and promotes metabolic excretion to lighten spots.
• 1064nm laser: With penetration depth reaching the middle dermis, it has a stronger effect on deep pigments (such as Ota nevus and brown cyan nevus) and tattoo pigment particles, shattering pigments through photomechanical effect; it has less absorption of epidermal melanin in dark skin, and can be safely used for hair removal and pigment treatment of dark skin.
